Professional biography

Clinical embryology experience connected with scientific education

Manoj Kumar K is an embryologist, scientific educator, and the founder and primary author of Inside Embryo by Aurion. He has worked at KIMS Hospital since March 2026, following his role at Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital, Chennai, from April 2024 to March 2026.

He completed an M.Sc. in Assisted Reproduction and Embryology from 2022 to 2024 after earning a B.Sc. in Advanced Zoology and Biotechnology from 2019 to 2022. His postgraduate training included a two-month embryology internship at The Madras Medical Mission, where he completed a project comparing single-step and sequential culture media and their effect on embryo outcome.

His professional interests connect reproductive biology, embryo development, andrology, IVF laboratory workflows, cryobiology and responsible scientific communication. Through Inside Embryo, he translates these connected areas into structured educational content while maintaining clear boundaries between general education, professional competency and patient-specific medical advice.
