1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting, browsing, subscribing, purchasing from or otherwise using Inside Embryo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, Cookie Policy and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase.

If you do not agree, do not use the affected feature or purchase the relevant resource. Additional terms shown for a particular product, promotion or service form part of these terms for that transaction.

2. About Inside Embryo

Inside Embryo is an independent educational platform founded by Manoj Kumar K, Embryologist. It publishes articles, Encyclopedia entries, PDF notes, presentations, posters, diagrams and other learning resources concerning assisted reproduction, fertility care, reproductive biology, human embryology, IVF laboratory science, standards, laws and ethics.

3. Educational purpose and no professional relationship

Content is general education and information. It is not diagnosis, treatment guidance, fertility consultation, medication instruction, emergency assistance, legal advice, regulatory approval, a validated laboratory protocol or a substitute for supervised training.

Using the website, purchasing a resource or communicating with Inside Embryo does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–patient, embryologist–patient, laboratory-service, employment, consultancy, fiduciary or formal academic-supervision relationship. Review the Medical Disclaimer before relying on health or laboratory information.

4. Eligibility, minors and accounts

Users must be legally capable of entering an agreement under applicable law. A parent or lawful guardian should supervise a minor’s use, subscription or purchase. A minor should not purchase paid resources without appropriate permission.

If account features are enabled, users are responsible for accurate registration information, reasonable password security and activity under their account. Suspected unauthorised use should be reported promptly.

5. Permitted use

Public pages may be used for personal learning, private study, limited non-commercial reference and sharing a link to the original page. Brief quotation with clear attribution may be used where permitted by law.

Access does not transfer ownership. A resource may have a more specific licence; the product page and file notice control where they grant narrower or broader permission.

6. Prohibited use

• Republishing complete articles, files, diagrams or substantial collections without permission.
• Reselling, publicly uploading, rebranding or distributing paid resources.
• Sharing purchased files beyond the licence stated for that product.
• Removing copyright, author, source, safety or attribution notices.
• Claiming authorship or falsely suggesting endorsement, accreditation, partnership or professional approval.
• Using content to support misleading medical claims, guaranteed fertility outcomes or unsafe laboratory practice.
• Systematically scraping, harvesting or extracting substantial content without written permission.
• Introducing malware, bypassing security, probing vulnerabilities or disrupting website operation.
• Submitting unlawful, abusive, confidential, patient-identifiable or infringing material.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original text, diagrams, graphics, posters, presentations, PDFs, branding and product descriptions are owned by or licensed to Inside Embryo. Third-party material remains the property of its respective owner.

The name and visual identity of Inside Embryo may not be used in a way that creates a false impression of association, sponsorship or endorsement. Full reuse rules appear in the Copyright Policy.

8. Digital products, pricing and delivery

Inside Embryo may offer educational PDFs, presentations, posters, templates and other digital products. The product page should identify the format, contents, audience, price, delivery method, licence and any relevant limitations.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Prices, taxes, availability and promotions may change before an order is accepted. Access instructions are normally sent or displayed after successful payment or registration.

Because digital files may be supplied immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be restricted after access or download, subject always to mandatory consumer rights, defective-file remedies and any refund terms shown before purchase.

9. Product licence

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants one buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational use.

• The buyer may download and personally use the product.
• The buyer may keep a reasonable personal backup.
• The buyer may not resell, publicly upload, redistribute, rebrand or claim authorship.
• Classroom, clinic, institution, team, commercial or multiple-user use requires a suitable licence or written permission.
• Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership.

10. Communications and submissions

By sending feedback, suggestions, correction reports or proposed content, you confirm that the material is lawful, that you have the right to send it and that it contains no unnecessary patient information, confidential laboratory data or another person’s protected material.

Feedback may be used to improve the platform. Ownership of a formal contribution is not transferred unless agreed in writing.

11. Accuracy, availability and external services

Scientific evidence, professional guidance, law, links and website features change. Although reasonable care is used, Inside Embryo does not guarantee that every page is continuously available, complete, error-free, current or suitable for every purpose.

External links, embedded media, subscription systems, payment providers and online-store services are governed by their own terms. A link does not guarantee or endorse independent third-party content, availability, privacy or security.

12. No guarantee of outcomes

Inside Embryo does not guarantee examination success, employment, professional competency, registration, accreditation, clinical improvement, fertilisation, embryo development, implantation, pregnancy, live birth, revenue or any other personal, medical, academic or commercial result.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and resources are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that they will meet every individual need. Inside Embryo is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or educational materials.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights or excuses fraud or wilful misconduct.

14. Restriction, governing law and changes

Access may be restricted when a user violates these terms, redistributes protected material, commits fraud, creates a security risk or uses the website unlawfully.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded. Terms may be revised when services, providers, products or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest published version.
