Refund Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Inside Embryo, including:

  • PDFs
  • E-books
  • Study notes
  • Presentations
  • Posters
  • Illustrations
  • Templates
  • Downloadable guides
  • Educational bundles
  • Other electronic learning materials

This policy should be read together with the Terms and Conditions and Medical Disclaimer.

2. Nature of Digital Products

Digital products are supplied electronically and do not normally involve physical shipping.

Product descriptions may identify:

  • File format
  • Number of pages or slides
  • Language
  • Intended audience
  • Main topics
  • Software requirements
  • Permitted use
  • Download or access method

Users should review the product description before completing a purchase.

3. Educational Purpose

Digital products sold by Inside Embryo are intended for general education and personal learning.

They do not provide:

  • Medical advice
  • A clinical protocol for unsupervised use
  • A replacement for institutional training
  • Professional certification
  • Guaranteed examination success
  • Guaranteed employment
  • Guaranteed IVF or patient outcomes

4. Payment Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment authorisation.

The buyer may receive:

  • A payment confirmation
  • An order confirmation
  • A download link
  • Access through a user account
  • Delivery through the registered email address

Users are responsible for entering an accurate email address during purchase.

5. Digital Delivery

Digital delivery may occur immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Occasional delays may occur because of:

  • Payment verification
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Technical issues
  • Email filtering
  • Website maintenance
  • Security checks
  • Third-party service interruptions

Users should check their spam, promotions or junk folders before reporting a missing delivery.

6. Download Responsibility

After receiving a valid file, users should:

  • Download it promptly
  • Save a secure backup
  • Use compatible software
  • Protect the file from unauthorised sharing
  • Retain the order confirmation

Inside Embryo may limit the number of download attempts or the period for which a download link remains active.

7. Licence Granted

Unless the product page states otherwise, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal educational use.

The buyer may not:

  • Sell the file
  • Share it publicly
  • Distribute it to an unrestricted group
  • Upload it to file-sharing websites
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Claim authorship
  • Rebrand the product
  • Use it as part of a competing commercial product

Institutional, classroom, clinic-wide or commercial use may require separate written permission.

8. Order Cancellation

Because digital products may be delivered immediately, cancellation may not be possible after:

  • A download link has been issued
  • The file has been downloaded
  • Account access has been granted
  • The product has otherwise been made available

A cancellation request received before delivery may be considered, but cancellation is not guaranteed if processing has already begun.

9. Change-of-Mind Requests

A refund will not normally be provided solely because:

  • The buyer changed their mind
  • The buyer no longer requires the product
  • The buyer did not read the description
  • The buyer expected a different topic not described on the product page
  • The buyer lacks compatible software
  • The buyer purchased the product accidentally after completing payment
  • The buyer did not achieve a desired academic or professional result

This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Circumstances in Which Assistance, Replacement or Refund May Be Available

A replacement, technical remedy or refund may be considered when:

  • The customer was charged more than once for the same order
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The file is corrupted and cannot be replaced
  • The download link does not work and access cannot be restored
  • The product is materially different from its description
  • The order was paid successfully but never delivered
  • A refund is required under applicable law

Inside Embryo may first attempt to resolve the problem by replacing the file, restoring access or providing technical instructions.

11. Refund Request Period

Customers should submit refund or technical-support requests within seven calendar days of purchase.

Requests submitted later may still be reviewed where:

  • The problem could not reasonably have been discovered earlier
  • A duplicate charge occurred
  • Access was never provided
  • Applicable law requires a remedy

12. Information Required for a Request

A request should include:

  • Customer name
  • Purchase email address
  • Order or transaction number
  • Product name
  • Purchase date
  • Description of the problem
  • Screenshot of the error, where relevant
  • Proof of duplicate payment, where applicable

Customers should not send complete card numbers, passwords, PINs or one-time passwords.

13. Duplicate Payments

Where a verified duplicate payment has occurred for the same product and customer, Inside Embryo may refund the duplicate amount through the original payment method.

Processing time may depend on the bank, card network, payment gateway or financial institution.

14. Corrupted or Inaccessible Files

When a file is corrupted or inaccessible, Inside Embryo may:

  • Send a replacement file
  • Issue a new download link
  • Provide an alternative format where available
  • Offer technical guidance
  • Issue a refund if the problem cannot reasonably be resolved

15. Refund Method

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.

Inside Embryo may request reasonable verification before processing a refund to prevent fraud or unauthorised claims.

Banking or payment-gateway processing times are outside the direct control of Inside Embryo.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Inside Embryo before initiating a chargeback so that genuine delivery or payment problems can be investigated.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims or unauthorised redistribution of products may result in access restrictions and further action where appropriate.

17. Product Updates

A purchase does not automatically include lifetime access to:

  • Future editions
  • New products
  • Major redesigns
  • Additional modules
  • Private consultations
  • Customised content

Minor corrected versions may be supplied at the discretion of Inside Embryo.
